Mindfulness and Music have a lot in common. It is difficult to play music and not to be mindful. Even listening to music brings us to the present moment.
This group is for everyone who believes that we have a power to improve our emotional well being and who enjoys listening to life music (or already plays an instrument).
This group will help you learn more about mindfulness and meditation and show you how it can help you in everyday life. You will be able to attend guided meditation sessions accompanied with the life music of guitar, piano or ukulele.
If you don’t play any instrument you will be able to taste how mindful and easy it can be to play, as the only thing which constraints you is your own the self-limiting belief rather than physical ability.
If you play an instrument already, you will be able to jam or learn more from experienced music teacher in a mindful and stress-free manner.
