What we're about
This is a non-religious meetup that welcomes people of all faiths, orientations and beliefs. Classes are lead by a certified wellness coach and meditation instructor with over 30 years of experience.
In our group, we practice simple stress reduction techniques, mindfulness, meditation and mindful communication, all of which can help improve your daily life and possibly avoid some health and personal problems.
We will also run practices for couples, where partners will be able to release stress, restore and deepen the emotional, mental and spiritual connection. You will learn simple couple's meditations and ways to dissipate tension, conflict and emotional strain. These tools help to prevent and resolve arguments in a mindful, respectful way and build a more harmonious relationship.
