Okay maybe the clickbait is a little misleading, but come by anyway to hear the ranting of a madman who will expose you to a new way of thinking about quality that might just enrich your life and those of your customers.

In this session, Randall will discuss how objective quality is no longer the primary focus of the software industry but doesn't mean we can't still provide customers with an experience that they love.

About the Speaker:
Randall Hanson is a quality leader and Agilist who is redefining test methodologies for rapid software development in the evolving software industry. With over 20 years of experience in software development Randall has played many roles spanning engineering, data transformation, quality and agility. As an evangelist for quality and agile methodologies, he concentrates much of his time coaching and providing guidance to the development community on quality best practices and innovation. Customer obsessed and visionary, his often provocative methodologies contradict common practices and focus on influencing customer perceptions of product quality.
