Who said a team should have Developers on one side and QAs in the other? Developers and QAs can work together as a pair in strong collaboration at all levels.

In this talk, Daniel Mondria will outline the approach he's followed to accomplish this in the teams he's worked with. He'll walk us through 3 different phases he's followed to help us understand how to reach this goal. While doing so he'll enumerate the advantages we'll get out of it.
