SAMUEL LEWIS: DEVELOPING LEARNING FRAMEWORKS
Samuel is a Test Engineer from DisplayLink, and in his own words 'has a compulsion to help people - it's both a blessing and a curse'

Previously I've worked in the financial services and travel industries and I now work for a semi conductor company. I've noticed themes and gaps common to each company that come with the onboarding process that with tweaks, would make every new recruits life easier if only there was a way to streamline the learning process for when someone first joins an organisation.

I've worked with my current company to develop a learning framework agnostic of proprietary tooling but focused on methodology and process that mitigates some of these common pitfalls and I'd like to talk through these considerations with you and share what we learned along the way

Jamie is the co-founder of Secrets of the Startup and director of a test talent consultancy

I will discuss the possibility of a test team using the same techniques to test IDEAS from the business as well as the Tech! We'll then look at why the future of Quality and Test teams could be involved much earlier with product and idea concepts to ultimately help the business and the team work smarter!
