DREW PONTIKIS - WORKSHOP: CONSEQUENCE SCANNING
Consequence scanning is an Agile practice created by the combined efforts of Doteveryone and TechTransformed, it is an approach structured to help teams deliver better, more responsible products. Its a great way to get teams to think about the impact of the features they're building, and help to uncover the unintended consequences of design decisions.

In a Consequence Scanning event you will answer the following three questions about your product:

What are the intended and unintended consequences of this product or feature?
What are the positive consequences we want to focus on?
What are the consequences we want to mitigate?

This introductory workshop will give attendees the chance to try it out on a dummy scenario to get familiar with the approach, to see if its something that can help you and your teams deliver products that you care about.
