Cynefin in Practice

Cynefin is a sensemaking framework which is gaining lots of interest in testing and IT. I’ve worked with it for almost a year and invites to this workshop to share my experiences, demonstrate, and meet with others to discuss its uses.

I have found Cynefin help teams approach, break down, collaborate, and make sense of complex problems. It also helps creating a shared conceptual framework, an image of the landscape of the problem.

I will present some basics, talk about facilitation, and share my experiences with Cynefin. As this is a workshop, we will talk about ideas for actual uses, and will of course use Cynefin to make sense of our ideas and problems. • What to bring
