Making software behave using open source software: Automation testing using behave open source framework (BDD)
The tech world is fast, demanding and challenging. An emerging company needs to move fast and ship faster. Budget and ROI constrains testing and QA, but don’t be mistaken: quality is a top priority.
QA cycles often take days and weeks to finish leaving customers and stakeholders frustrated. Visual automation can reduce test cycle times by as much as 80%.
Join me on my journey implementing BDD (behavior driven testing) framework, involving the whole scrum team We managed to shift testing left and took control of the functional test and regression cycles using automated tests.
- Lean Coffee (7:35)
We will pick a theme related to software testing, build an agenda and discuss it as a group.
From leancoffee.org - Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated.
