Holistic Testing in DevOps

Many teams and organizations consider only test automation when them implement DevOps. Many people aren’t familiar with the many different types of test automation that can be implemented or don’t realize that both human-centric testing as well as automated tests are at the core of DevOps and continuous delivery. A collaborative DevOps approach to building infrastructure to support continuous delivery and the ability to monitor and observe production use helps. In her talk, Janet shows all types of testing – especially those requiring human intervention, are still necessary to contribute to the quality of the product.
