To identify areas of improvement along the entire application lifecycle, the SIXT QA has established a Maturity Matrix to assess the abilities of each and every Release Train and team. This allows us to define a QA Strategy which is, on the one side, aligned with the overall targets of SIXT, but additionally showing specific need of improvement. Ultimately the best, customized strategy for every Release Train with it´s teams – regardless of location and topic.

During our presentation will show our SIXT Maturity Matrix, as well as our accompanying QA initiatives in the SIXT universe.
