Testing has been seen as an afterthought or a bottleneck by many for so long. Even teams transitioning to agile struggle with this. More organizations around the world want to move towards continuous delivery. As our systems get more complex, a lot of testers, teams and
customers are getting stressed out.

When the whole team takes responsibility for testing and quality, we can delivery small increments of value to our customers frequently, at a sustainable and stress-reduced pace. In this talk, Lisa will explain how the whole team working together improves product quality.

Lisa Crispin is the co-author, with Janet Gregory, of three books: “Agile Testing Condensed: A Brief Introduction”, “More Agile Testing: Learning Journeys for the Whole Team”, “Agile Testing: A Practical Guide for Testers and Agile Teams”; the LiveLessons Agile Testing Essentials video course, and “The Whole Team Approach to Agile Testing” 3-day training course offered through the Agile Testing Fellowship. Lisa was voted by her peers as the Most Influential Agile Testing Professional Person at Agile Testing Days in 2012.
