COVID Alert - From kick off to launch in 45 days

For our Fall meetup event we are happy to have Tim Arney and Stephen McMurtry joining us for a presentation and discussion about developing and testing the COVID alert app.

Tim and Steve work at the Canadian Digital Service on the team that developed the COVID Alert app.

The app launched in Ontario 45 days after forking Shopify's Covid Shield repo. The app team needed to ensure Covid Alert worked as expected even with limited test coverage initially.

They will walk us through the journey of building up test coverage. What worked, what didn’t and what happens when you can’t automate all of your tests.
