Our meetups exist as a way to bring people together to talk and learn about good and authentic testing. We encourage everyone who is interested in making better software products to come along and participate.
In this session, we'll split our time between two topics;
Interviewing people is a challenge at the best of times. Interviewing testers perhaps even more so, due to the range of skills required; how do you find out if they have all the attributes you need? Do you know what that list is?
We'll discuss interview techniques and tests you can use to test your future testers.

Using TestSphere, we'll explore the emotions that our work can bring about, and talk about how best to deal with and harness them for the benefit of ourselves, others, and the product.
Both these sessions will take the form of group discussions with perhaps some final summarising amongst us all. Please bring and share all your experiences, good and bad.
