Twin Cities Astrology Meetup

Join us this Sunday, from 1–3 PM, at Cathy's house in St. Paul (988 Fairmount Avenue) for this month’s Twin Cities Astro Meetup!

This month, we’ll continue exploring planetary dignities by diving into “accidental dignity.” In ancient astrology, this referred to the strength a planet gained not from the sign it occupied, but from its placement in the chart itself—especially its house position. Planets in angular houses were considered the most powerful and effective, those in succedent houses moderately strong, and those in cadent houses the most diminished. This framework helps us understand not just what a planet is, but how fully it can act.

After the lesson, Nicole will also share insights on how to work with the Full Moon and New Moon energies.

We’ll finish by opening the discussion to look at attendees’ charts. Together, we can explore how the major December transits—including the new and full moons—might influence your chart, or examine the strength of your planets based on their house placement and accidental dignity.
