Dan has turned many troubled projects around and is known for creating high performing and engaged teams.

The Release Train Engineer or RTE is a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train.

In this session we will dig into the roles and responsibilities of a RTE. We will explore the challenges faced by this role, some key characteristics and skills required to be successful in this critical role.

As a group we will also review and analyze some recent job postings for a Release Train Engineer to gain some insights on market requirements and perceptions.
