5:30 to 7:30 p.m. - Meeting Topic: Simulation for Program Increment Planning

Here's your chance to experience a PI Planning event. Come prepared to work, plan, be challenged and learn by participating in this simulation for PI Planning.

PI Planning serves as the heartbeat for the program team, where multiple agile teams come together to plan, discuss and resolve dependencies. You will be part of a Scrum team or be assigned some program level roles. By actually doing the PI planning in an accelerated mode, you will experience how it feels like to be part of a PI Planning event.

If you've never been part of a PI Planning event, this is a great opportunity. If you are already doing PI Planning in your organization, you can gain a fresh perspective and pick up some tools or tactics.

Be ready for some real fast paced action. Please note that the simulation will take about 2 hours, so we've extended the time for this MeetUp.
