What is Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)? This is a very broad topic that holds a different mindset than traditional Portfolio Management. Since we will have only an hour, I'll cover only a limited part of the LPM, including:

· What is the strategy?
· The Lean Portfolio Canvas (called Lean Portfolio Vision in SAFe 5.0)
· Value Stream Mapping (high-level concept)
· The Portfolio Kanban
