The general flow of the MeetUp:
5:00 to 6:30 p.m. - The MetLife journey to scaling agile

What was the agile journey like at MetLife? Two wonderful leaders from MetLife will share their team's journey into scaling agile. From getting leadership on board to running effective agile release trains, we traverse the entire spectrum of experiences at the company. Listen to Cheryl and Dana as they share their real-world, boots on the ground account of this fascinating journey. With growing adoption, learn about some of the growing pains that the teams are grappling with now? This isn't a theory panel - it's about people who made it happen, helped teams succeed, and maybe earned a few scars along the way. Real stories with great perspectives, don't miss it.
