2) Once you have some Money / Equity from doing a few simple house deals, you can now build to the NEXT LEVEL which is you OWN Four Good Rentals with $25,000 or more Equity in Each, I buy these wholesale for 50 Cents on the Dollar, Fix them up & now have 4 houses, worth $100,000 to $150,000 or more and with $25,000 to $50,000 Equity. To KEEP it SIMPLE: 4 houses X $25,000 is $100,000 and I use this $100,000 Equity / Which I have CREATED to buy a Million Dollar Apartment Complex! With $100,000 Down Payment in a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. (We will have EXPERTS in this area come speak to us, and they are looking for a group of people. So this will happen once we have a consistent turnout for meetings.
