Richard has been working as a UX designer for over 12 years at companies including Microsoft, HTC and Amazon. During this time, he has learned how to be proficient and lean when using design software to deploy programs efficiently.

Amyra Lehan started out her career in Silicon Valley as a technical writer at IBM. She quickly realized how much she disliked her career path, but was thankful because it ended up transitioning into a role in Information Architecture. She moved back to the Twin Cities and worked as a UX designer at a combination of agencies and large enterprise companies (RBA, 3M, Target, and Amazon). Amyra enjoys tackling complex problems where it’s so messy that she doesn’t know where to begin.
