Career Test Drive - Social Impact edition

"Career Test Drives" are a unique experience that Mission Collaborative has designed to help you explore new industries, organizations and roles. In just two hours, you will have the opportunity to work on a real-world project presented by a DC business or non-profit.

We've teamed up with Net Impact DC (http://www.dcnetimpact.org/) to bring you a special Career Test Drive focused explicitly on social impact.

How it works

We've invited leaders from three organizations (startups, businesses, and nonprofits) to come present real world challenges they are currently facing. Participants choose the challenge they are most interested in working on, then spend the rest of the workshop working with their team to design a potential solution.

What you'll get out of this experience:

• Get a taste of a new industry by working on a real-world mini-project

• Meet leaders of three cool organizations (many of whom are hiring!)

• Learn how to implement Design Thinking to solve problems
