All are welcome and no previous experience is necessary. This group is for beginners as well as long time practitioners of meditation! You will be provided with the tools to help you find relief from today’s stresses and anxieties and discover true and lasting happiness. The specific meditation we practice is called mantra meditation, an ancient form of meditation that has been practiced since time immemorial. In this meditation we focus our minds on the hearing and chanting of transcendental sounds. Simply by hearing and repeating these sacred sounds you will find relief from stress and anxiety and become immersed in spiritual happiness. A happiness that is beyond the senses and mind - a happiness in the heart.

We practice 3 different methods of mantra meditation that are very easy and enjoyable to do using breath, beads and music (Kirtan Meditation).

In accordance with the time-honoured teachings of meditation, all programs are free of charge. We look forward to meeting & meditating with you!

Two methods of meditation will be taught and practiced. One using the breath and another accompanied by beautiful music called kirtan. A delicious vegetarian dinner will be served. You will leave feeling refreshed, renewed and satisfied. These gatherings are free of charge. No need to register, simply show up! Every Sunday from 6:00pm to 8pm at Trinity-St. Paul's Church, 427 Bloor St. West (just west of Spadina). Free Mantra Meditation Gathering

Join us for an evening of enlivening kirtan mantra meditation. It's FREE and everyone is welcome. No previous experience is necessary. These evenings are ideal for beginners as well as long time practitioners of meditation. Kirtan meditation is the process of hearing and singing beautiful sacred sound vibrations known as mantras, accompanied by musical instruments. Kirtan is perfect for calming the mind, relieving stress and anxiety and enabling one to experience happiness in the heart. We will practice three simple and effective ancient meditation techniques. Anyone can practice these techniques regardless of age, gender, race or beliefs. Using methods of breath, relaxation, hearing and chanting one will gradually experience peace, happiness and fulfillment. Refreshments will be served after class, all are welcome to stay.

Mississuaga, Port Credit - Stress Relief Thru Meditation

This class consists of a very enjoyable method of mantra meditation that is not only easy to practice but very effective. The first meditation uses deep breathing followed by a meditation accompanied with music. There will also be tension relieving stretches which are very relaxing and help reduce stress. You will leave the session feeling peaceful and refreshed.
