Microsoft DevOps Story & ORM Best Practices

Details

What are DevOps Stories?

DevOps is the practice of operations and development engineers participating together in the entire service lifecycle, from design through the development process to production support.

DevOps is also characterized by operations staff making use of many of the same techniques as developers for their systems to work seamlessly.

Max will walk us through Microsoft's DevOps User Stories to give us a first-hand account of what goes on behind the scenes.

ORM: Best Practices:

Entity Framework is Microsoft's recommended data access technology for new applications in .NET.

In this session Obi will show you some of the common pitfalls when using Entity Framework and how to overcome them through the application of best practices recommended by industry experts.
