Sahaja Yoga Meditation
Wear comfortable clothing. You can sit on the chairs or cushions. No physical effort required. Relaxing atmosphere. You will learn simple meditation techniques to help you stop thoughts while experiencing true meditation and its benefits. In our weekly meetings we go through how to meditate, the knowledge of the "subtle system" (the chakras and the channels), guided meditations, introductory talks and videos by Shri Mataji the founder of Sahaja Yoga, a nobel prize nominee, learning practical and simple techniques to help regain balance.....when we reach the state of meditation we feel good. That's what we want you to experience.

What we're about

Come along every Wednesday morning at 9.30am at 30 Mary Street, Mittagong.
The classes run for approximately an hour and are designed to help you get into a genuine meditative state, which can be felt tangibly. It is quite effortless and spontaneous. You will learn simple meditation techniques to help you stop thoughts while experiencing true meditation and its benefits.

That's what we want you to experience. Meditation also improves health and general well-being, including stress, anxiety, depression or addictions. If you are in search for inner peace and happiness, if you want to discover your full potential this group is for you. Anyone can do it, whatever your level, gender, social status, religion, health or age. There is no physical activity involved. All meetings are free of charge and we are having lots of fun too.
