App Demo Event

Do you have a great Mobile App that you want to showcase? Now is your chance!

Mobile Monday Detroit is providing an opportunity for 6 individual mobile app developers or mobile app development firms to showcase the great work they’ve done! Each presenter will have 10 minutes to showcase their app to our audience; all presentations will include answering MoMoDetroit provided questions that will help our audience gain a clear understanding about your app, what it does, why you developed it, and how well it’s working for those who use it. You may submit apps that have been contracted from you by clients, or you may submit apps that you have developed to market on your own. After the presentations are completed, the presenters will have an opportunity to network with the audience and answer questions about their apps.

Those applying to present MUST be members of the Mobile Technology Association of Michigan (MTAM). If you would like to become a member of MTAM in order to be eligible to present your app at this or other MTAM-sponsored events (more opportunities are coming soon!), you can join MTAM online at http://GoMobileMichigan.org/Membership (http://gomobilemichigan.org/membership) (left column, click the ‘Join MTAM’ link).

Your application will be evaluated by MTAM and the Mobile Monday Detroit organizing team and you will be notified as to whether or not you will be selected.

Mobile Monday Detroit looks to showcase some of the great work being done by Metro Detroit mobile app developers. Make plans to attend to see the unique work being done by some of our state's best and brightest!

The event is free to attend but attendance is limited due to space limitations, therefore advance reservations via Meetup ARE REQUIRED in order to attend; if you make a reservation and your plans change, please cancel your reservation so someone else may attend. Refreshments will be served. Free parking is available in the lot next to the TechTown building.
