About us
We're a bunch of Mobile Apps enthusiasts — that includes Developers, Designers, Product Owners, Startupers, and anyone interested in the topic.
We like to exchange informally on the latest news, UX/UI trends, and tech best practices of iOS and Android.
We get together each month for a beer in Lausanne, Switzerland.
We usually all speak English, so you are welcome too if you do not speak French.
PS: if you'd like to hold a more formal speech, get in touch with the group admin and we'll surely arrange something together!

Slow Down to Move Fast: Reclaim Your Team’s Time & Maximize Development Velocity
Swissquote, Chemin de la Crétaux 33, Gland, CHTalk description
Why do mobile projects struggle? It’s rarely a lack of coding skill; it’s the “Ambiguity Gap” between an idea, its specification, and its final implementation. When we rush to deliver, we rely on “promises” instead of “contracts,” leading to expensive rework and wasted engineering hours. In this talk, Oleksii shares a pragmatic approach to closing this gap and gaining time to focus on what actually matters:
- The Foundation: Why architecture is essentially a “Response to Risks.” We’ll explore the core factors shaping a system - from Quality Attributes to the team’s “personal pain experience.”
- Signal vs. Noise: We’ll discuss what to include in your specs and which formats to use to keep them Lean and High-Impact.
- Automated Guardrails: How to leverage modern AI to turn static Markdown specs into active gatekeepers, automatically blocking architectural drift and freeing up developers for actual coding.
