About us
Mobile Makerspace is a collaborative place where members share tools, knowledge, and workspace. We currently offer 3D printing, laser etching & cutting, electronics & computing devices, including robotics, sewing & embroidery, fabric printing (esp. T-shirts), woodworking, and metal working.
We are located at 2472 Commercial Park Drive, which is right off Government Boulevard (Highway 90), about 3 miles east of Interstate 65. Commercial Park Drive shares the same entrance to the Mobile Greyhound Bus station.

Pi Day 2026
Makerspace Mobile, 2472 commercial park drive, mobile, AL, USCome celebrate Pi day weekend with Mobile Makerspace! We will be giving tours of the Makerspace and hosting demonstrations of our collection of Raspberry Pi computers and Pico microcontrollers. We will have several Raspberry Pi projects to display, including a handheld cluster, Klipper based 3D printing, PiMiga, Software Defined Radio and more! Admission is free, and feel free to bring your own Raspberry Pi project to share.
Oh, and by the way, we will also be serving the edible kind of pies, including several varieties and homemade ones (while supplies last)! If you have an interesting pie recipe, bake one and bring it with you to share! Coffee will be provided.2 attendees
