This is a peer-led group that meets every Monday night to meditate for 30 minutes. Its intention is to create a meditative community, practice accountability, and hopefully an enjoyable reprieve to the hustle and bustle of your week. Currently, the group meets over Zoom. All skill levels and meditative techniques are welcome. If you've never meditated before, the group host will be happy to give you basic instruction to get you started.
