Our first official Meetup!
We know that many of our investors come from the Netherlands, so Monetha decided to organise the meeting exactly in NL!
This time it's going to take place at a well known tech hub in the heart of Amsterdam called TQ.
Here's a short description of the event by TQ:
"ICO's are the hottest new form of startup funding, used by startups to bypass the rigorous and regulated capital-raising process required by venture capitalists or banks. Last month Monetha (https://www.monetha.io/), a Decentralised Trust and Reputation System (DTRS) for global commerce, raised $37M in 18 minutes through ICO.
We are very curious about the learnings they gained in the process, as well as the pros and cons in raising money ICO style. Next to Monetha, we are inviting two startups from the TQ community, Katalysis (https://www.katalysis.io/) and Blockport (http://www.blockport.nl/), who are both involved in the Blockchain hype to discuss ICO's from different angles."
