A founder's insights into making the startup journey easier

Details
After four years and $3.5 Million in investment, Tiller Rides will put its first clean urban mobility product on city streets later this year - a world-leading electric bike called the Roadster.
In this presentation, Tiller Rides co-founder Julian Ilich will share his insights on what has worked to make it possible to get the business this far. He will specifically share thoughts on the role of a ‘higher purpose’, engaging your initial team with success fees, and creating your product by identifying customers on day one and using design thinking.
He will also share some personal reflections on what has worked to manage his own energy and wellbeing through the demanding startup journey to ensure he is at his best.
