This is a group for people interested in, new to or familiar with a Paleo based lifestyle. Let's get together and discuss what works, what doesn't work and what might work and start living a better now! I will mediate discussion in North Spokane focusing on how to start making healthier choices using a Real Food, and a Paleo/Ketogenic template.
