Have you ever joined an outdoors Meetup, but never went because you didn’t want to be the slowest one, or the only one out of breath? Me, too! Let’s tackle Skinners Butte, Mt. Pisgah, or just a walk along the bike path together! Our goal will be to get some fresh air and feel good about ourselves! I am not a fitness instructor and am not trying to sell anything. I’m just a regular person who needs motivation to move more. Let’s help each other get healthier!
Start Time: We will begin our walks 5 minutes after the set time, if people are missing. So, if our Meetup time is 5:30 for example, we will leave at 5:35. Please update your RSVP or post a message to let us know if you will not be attending.
No-Shows: Beginning 6/20/18, anyone with 3 no-shows will be dropped from the group. Anyone who already has 3 no-shows as of this date, will be allowed one more no-show before being dropped.
Meetups with 2 or fewer people registered *may* be cancelled. For example, Me + 1 other person. I will cancel it at least 2 hours in advance if this is the case.
Dogs: Unless the venue specifies no dogs, you can bring your dog.
