Chi-Yo-Nidra - A Group Stress Reset and Resting Opportunity
Set yourself up for success. Start the week well by banishing stress and elevating joy. We move in out-of-the-ordinary ways in order to release tension and free up life force energy. Find center. Align with what's important. Learn ways to turn off the noise, tap in, and tune up your inner wisdom. This is a fun fusion class designed to help you de-stress while releasing energy blocks. All done in a gentle and life affirming manner. Followed by a profound guided resting period of up to 25 minutes. * Drop awareness out of the mind, and into the body to soothe and calm. * Cultivate energy while moving and flowing in gentle ways to relieve and reset. * Then... rest deeply on your back while guided through a restorative relaxation practice that delights and renews on the most profound level. Arrive feeling scattered and harried. Leave feeling rested, restored, and all set to gracefully tackle any challenge life throws your way! Practice with us weekly, and you'll be on your way to reclaiming, maintaining, or elevating overall wellbeing. What we're about

Learning, sharing, and growing through activities indoors and out, this is a group for all who appreciate the peacefulness found in nature, and the sense of calm and wholeness that can be cultivated through creative movement, mindfulness, attention to breath, meditation and other delightful self-care practices.

We gather and share through walks, hikes, workshops, classes, lectures, retreats and more. The intent is to support each other in elevating self-care. This way we are inspired to seek a greater sense of wholeness in ourselves, see that in each other, and in the world around us. Join us as we cultivate greater connection with each other and explore the inner and outer landscape of our lives with kindred souls.
