Day 1: Neighbourhood Mapping Using OpenStreetMaps

We are collaborating with Geo Hyderabad to promote OSM.
Open Street Map is a open source database of world's map data. It enables anyone to map their own neighbourhoods using web and mobile tools. Digital Map data is important for navigation, autonomous vehicles, scientific studies and even citizen science.
Note: It's a 2 day event
Feb 3rd:
This is an introduction session to openstreetmap which will teach you how to add information and make a neighbourhood map.

This will be followed by introductions to making streetview image captures using mapillary mobile application. On 4th we will also get onto field with fieldpapers.org to do on ground mapping.
