Gulnora Aminova, Ph.D. will be our presenter at this amazing seminar and she will discuss how Anxiety is becoming a sociological condition as well as a shared cultural experience in our diverse society currently. While exploring clients' stories about having anxiety, clinicians will also share their own experiences about the clinical cases that create or escalate their anxiety in their daily clinical work. We will explore different modalities that can be effective to treat anxiety and emphasize Positive Psychology. How clinicians can learn and adopt Positive Psychology to help clients become more resilient, happy and anxiety free? In order to prevent from burning out in their clinical work, clinicians can utilize positive psychology and stay positive!
Positive Psychology shows us that happiness can be learned and cultivated. When positive thinking enters a room, anxiety leaves immediately so why don't we develop habits of positive self talk and optimism for a deeply satisfying life?...
