Meet other mums whilst being active! All meet-ups are supervised by Emi (bethebestyou.co), a fully certified Personal Trainer holding a YMCA level 3 award in adapting exercises for Ante and Post Natal clients. The classes are specifically designed for women who have recently given birth, or those who have older children but want to take up fitness safely.

Every Monday morning there is a post-natal group fitness class at Her Street in Eaux-Vives, simply RSVP on one of the events!
Group workouts cost CHF30 for a single session or CHF125 for 5 sessions.

All activities are baby-friendly, so no need for a baby-sitter!

Whether you are already active, or thinking about getting into fitness, come along and join the fun and meet other likeminded mums.

• What we'll do
In this small group workout, you will learn to safely work your core and start to rebuild your strength, as well as cardio fitness.

Your body is an amazing thing and goes through a huge transformation in order to give birth to your little one. These classes are designed to help your body to get back into shape again safely, and you can bring your baby too!

Whether you are already active and want to improve your core and strength, or are thinking about getting back into exercise and not sure where to begin, the class will be tailored to your level.

Workouts are progressive and appropriate for mums who have had the all clear from their 6 week check-up (or 12 weeks for C-section) after giving birth.

Sessions are for one hour, CHF30 per session or CHF125 for 5, CHF250 for 10.

• What to bring:
Water, appropriate work out clothes and shoes, some toys for babies and a small snack to eat after the workout.

• Important to know:
Places are strictly limited to 6 mums maximum so please reserve your spot by emailing [masked], or RSVP here on meetup.com; you will be sent location information and a pre-exercise questionnaire to fill in for your first session.
