What we’re about

We are a community of international women interested in our health and well-being. We enjoy meeting to discuss and share knowledge related to health, sport, well-being and happiness. Our goal- embedding healthy habits in your life through well-being and sports. 

We organise various activities and workshops, including indoor and outdoors sports, self-development workshops and courses, Happiness Clubs and activities to promote pampering, wellness and relaxation. 

Together we support and encourage one another to stay motivated, happy and healthy and have a lot of fun


Julie has over 30 years experience in Psychology, Health and Coaching and is passionate about supporting women to fulfil their potential. She loves working with women and meeting like-minded people and as a Life Coach empowers women to feel confident and resilient, to set goals and to transform their lives. Her biggest interest is in Happiness- what makes people happy and how to be happy and stay happy. She is the author of Intentional Happiness and is also a a De-cluttering expert.

An outdoor enthusiast, who has spent years working and playing in Bavaria and the Tyrol, Ceri has a passion for the outdoors and mountain sports and the role these can play in our physical and mental well-being. In particular she loves the energy of all women groups and looks forward to fun and inspiring meet-ups and events in this group.
