What we're about

Newburgh is a historical city in the most beautiful section of Hudson river between Manhattan and Albany. It has been designed and built by famous architects. Today Newburgh is rebuilding its historical beauty after years of neglect. People are buying and rebuilding houses, moving to the city of Newburgh. Living in a house in the East End Historic district of Newburgh gives you walking access to shops, galleries, restaurants, riverfront, ferry to Beacon train station that has direct connection to Grand Central.

Our meetup is connecting people who are interested in rehabilitation of historic buildings in Newburgh. We will cover topics from financial basics and logistics of rehabilitation to DIY projects. We will meet at Newburgh houses rehabilitated by owners to share our experience. We will invite professional speakers to cover more complex topics.

If you are interested in historic Newburgh, considering to buy a property in the city or are in the middle of a project - this meetup is for you.

Some meetings will be free of charge. The others will be more like workshops for a fee where we will discover Know-How with professional speakers and people who already gained hands-on experience. We will see you soon!
