At this meeting you learn how to Attract Success by reversing engineering your goals into daily activity plans and managing your results using metrics.
Everyone who attends will also get access to Goal Attraction and Metrics Tracking software tools. Although these tools are pretty easy to use, they could be one of the most significant things you ever implement in your business.
LAUNCHING NEW "ASK THE BOARD" SEGMENT:
We are also excited to announce a new meeting agenda item we are launching called "Ask The Board". Our Board will field questions from the group to directly help your business the best we can. As you know, the Board consists of very experienced folks that have collectively done thousands of deals over the last 20 years. In addition to a deep knowledge of all aspects of Real Estate Investing, the direct access to Matt as an attorney will be a tremendous asset alone!
BUY/SELL & TRADE:
As usual, we will also be facilitating our normal Buy/Sell and Trade session, so please bring your great deals to discuss and a list of your "needs" in business.
JUNE MEETING (It's a must attend):
Please also block out June 13th on your calendars now in order to attend our annual Summer Funding Summit, as it is always one of our best meetings each year. Not only will we be training on the ins & outs and pros & cons of the different types of financing available to fund your real estate deals - but we'll also have multiple active lender contacts in the room to introduce you to. We love putting this meeting on each year, and we'll have more details to send out as we get closer to the meeting.
Finally, don't forget to plan on hanging around for "The Meeting After The Meeting". As most of you know, after each meeting many of the meeting attendees walk down the street to Nine Irish Brothers together and continue to learning and networking over some food and drinks. This is seriously a must for those of you that understand the power of networking, it's a time where "what" you learn in the meetings can be put into action with "who" you meet in the meetings.
The doors open at 6pm, and the meeting starts at 6:30pm sharp. Although we are committed to packing great content and networking into our meeting time – the networking time between 6pm and 6:30pm is just as valuable.
The meeting is FREE, and there is plenty of free parking on site.
THE MEETING AFTER THE MEEETING
Make sure you also block time for the informal “meeting after the meeting”, as many of the INreia board members and meeting attendees make the short walk over to enjoy dinner and drinks together on Mass Ave after each month’s meeting. *NOTE - Multiple deals and business relationships have been made during this informal meeting time over the last two years!
