Topic - How To Find & Flip Probate Properties Plus Finding Quality Cash Buyers To Flip Your Properties To

It's always important to know what's working in today's real estate market, and one strategy that's working great is finding and flipping probate properties. We'll be discussing at length for how you can profit on probate properties through connecting with the "right" people. Most of the individuals that inherit these properties DO NOT want anything to do with these, and we'll touch on that more at the meeting.

Also, as a bonus, we'll be discussing the top strategies you can use for finding quality cash buyers that will actually close on your deals. This is much easier than you think and you can weed out the tire kickers within seconds. The great thing about these strategies you'll be learning about is that you can find these cash buyers virtually from anywhere in the world.

We'll be doing our "Ask the Board" session again at the next meeting where any and all real estate questions you need to be answered are fair game, as well as we'll be facilitating our regular Buy/Sell & Trade time where you can tell the group about yourself (or your services) or discuss houses you are looking to buy or sell.

Finally, plan to hang around for a little while afterward for our "Meeting After The Meeting." Many folks stay after to network and share deals over a drink/dinner at Broadmoor's lounge, which is just down the hall from where our meeting takes place.
