What we're about

NAMI Connections Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental illness. In a small group setting, you will have time to share your story, gain tools and insights from others and take another step toward recovery. A NAMI-trained facilitator always leads the group. NAMI’s Support Groups are unique because they follow a structured model to ensure you and others in the group have an opportunity to be heard and to get what you need. The Elk Grove group meets on a weekly basis year round. We have a second group that meets in Sacramento at the same day/time. For more information about that meeting go to http://namisacramento.org/meetings/support_groups.html
