It has been a gorgeous week in the high country, and now is a great time to visit Rocky Mountain National Park for fall color and abundant elk. Let's rendezvous at the Beaver Meadows Visitor Center and we'll choose a destination within the park based on conditions and interest. I'll try and get some intel on the current elk locations on Friday and Saturday. Vehicles entering the park should plan on having a pass or paying an entry fee. If you don't, try to carpool with someone who does. Brunch in town after shooting for those who are interested at location TBD.
