Taylor Volk, Delivery Manager, Apex Systems, will present on Social Media – what you need to know as a nonprofit (dashboards, platforms, content strategy, engaging your target audience, and more). She will cover topics such as how to map out your social media strategy, going over social media platforms, how to succeed with social media, and understanding the benefits when used effectively. Apex Systems has presented this topic to a Baltimore Tech4Good group and they found the information very helpful!

Taylor's Bio: I work for Apex Systems, an IT staffing firm focused on placing IT professionals in positions with our clients! I manage the recruiters in our Raleigh office. A little bit about my background, I moved to NC 10 years ago from Delaware and haven’t left since! I graduated from ECU (Go Pirates!) with a biology and sociology degree. I love partnering with local organizations and to be able to engage with the community!
