Join me on a challenging off trail waterfall hike

Frazee House and Trailhead

This will be a 11-12 mile hike starting out of the Frazee House lot. Staying off trail as much as possible we will visit 6+ waterfalls The pace will be brisk. Do plan on putting your waterproof hiking boots to a test. We will be crossing and walking in a lot of water, maybe even a little mud and marshy areas. Plan on just about anything, including having the time of your life scrambling up and down several steep hills. This is one of the most beautiful hike in the NP and there will be plenty of time allotted to taking photos of the falls. That being said, keep in mind, this hike is intended to be a workout and I intend to once again “push your limits”. If a rating system is helpful; let’s rate this hike intended for "Motivated Intermediate to Advanced" hikers only. I will do my best to keep the group together; however, if you are unable to keep pace or finish with the rest of the group, I will point you in the direction out of the woods to the nearest road and wish you luck. I highly recommend long pants (light weight, quick drying material). Sturdy trail boots with good support and traction. This is not the place for open toe or running shoes. Don’t forget you will need water or energy drink to keep you hydrated and maybe an energy bar. This activity is intended to be physically challenging and there is always a risk of injury: By participating in this activity you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own health and well-being and you acknowledge an understanding that no responsibility is shared or assumed by the hike leader or any other person or entity directly or indirectly involved.
