Description: Wildlife Management Loop Trail: This is a short hike on a flat, wide trail that begins at the Rocky River Nature Center. Experience a myriad of habitats along this level trail. The wetlands it crosses are in the former channel of the West Branch of the Rocky River. I will be leading this hike on crutches, thus this will be super slow and we will be stopping to smell the roses. This is the perfect hike for the absolute beginner and those of you nursing injuries or having disabilities of your own. I, for one, am sick of not being on the trail because of my injuries and am starting these rehab hikes so that I can enjoy the many beautiful trails in Northeast Ohio despite my current physical condition. I hope some of you will decide to come out and join me.
