Mentors and Mentoring - A Panel Discussion

Join us for a panel discussion as we welcome women who have been working in the tech field in and around the Cleveland area discuss their organization's mentoring programs.

They'll discuss their involvement in programs as both mentors and mentees, how having a mentor has helped their careers, how junior developers without access to a formal program might still find and work with mentors, what to look for in a mentor, etc.
