Ashwini Nagaraja - Project Manager @Progressive Insurance

Ashwini Nagaraja has 18+ years of experience in the IT Industry comprising Software Testing, Information Systems Auditing, Agile coaching and Project Management. She has experience working and leading projects in Medical Devices, Healthcare, and Insurance domains. Ashwini is certified in CSOXP, ISTQB, CISA, PMP, and A-CSM. She is a founding member of Women in Agile, Cleveland and track reviewer for the Agile 2020 conference, passionate about promoting servant leadership. She is working on Agile projects since 2006 and has contributed as a scrum team member, scrum master, and Agile coach. She is involved in Scrum Cohorts, Scrum master guilds, Centre of Practice and Centre of Excellence in various organizations and currently works at Progressive Insurance as a Project Manager. Ashwini lives in Highland Heights with her husband and son and while she is not at work, enjoys jewelry making, interior decoration, gardening and reading books.
