In this talk I will show how TypeScript helps to build and maintain large scale web applications. I will also present the tools to work with TypeScript, how you can use TypeScript with AngularJS 2, and lessons learned during work on the Azure Portal.
I am a Software Engineer at Microsoft. I work for the Azure App Platform Team, and I am helping to build the new Azure Portal. I am blogging at http://jj09.net .
Before I joined Microsoft, I was a Graduate Research Assistant at SAnToS Lab (http://santoslab.org) research group, at Kansas State University (where I got my Master Degree (http://jj09.net/master-science-computer-science/)). I was working on Sireum (http://sireum.org) project and Medical Device Coordination Framework (http://mdcf.santos.cis.ksu.edu/). I developed a Model-Driven Development and Verification Approach for Medical Devices (http://krex.k-state.edu/dspace/bitstream/handle/2097/18222/JakubJedryszek2014.pdf). Before I started my Master program, I was working as a Web Developer for SMT Software, Division of Communications and Marketing at Kansas State University, and PGS Software (http://www.pgs-soft.com/).
I would love if you follow me on Twitter (http://twitter.com/JakubJedryszek), read my micro-blog on tumblr (http://jakubjedryszek.tumblr.com/), and connect with me on LinkedIn (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/jakub-jedryszek/41/669/343).
