I will try to answer these questions by sharing my personal journey. It’s a story about overcoming dark nights and becoming a better person.
As Head of Analytics and Reporting at Emplifi, I take care of internal data teams comprising 25 developers and analysts. While remaining a big data analysis enthusiastic, I became a passionate mindfulness and mental health ambassador. I openly talk about wellbeing and leadership on my personal blog.

Being a leader requires a different kind of mindset. And Robert Kegan's work on adults development has a lot to say about what is happening during transition from an IC to leadership.
