NJ Acoustic Music in the Park

Every other Tuesday enjoy the sounds of acoustic music from NJAMPsouth. All welcome. Have fun. Get involved!!
Come join us for our 6 String Acoustic Guitar Jam on Tuesday March 10th 2026.

We begin at 6 PM with our usual inclusive jam where musicians are encouraged to join us and play. We start with an opening set list and then continue with a 'round robin' format allowing everyone to make their favorite song requests from our NJAMP and NJAMPsouth songbooks.

If you are interested in jamming with us please sign up on line since there is a limit of 15 people. Those people who show up but have not yet signed up are invited to wait and see if there are cancellations or no shows, and if so, would be welcomed to join us.

During the evening we highly encourage everyone to support the jam by joining us for dinner and / or purchasing a drink or 2.

Raise The Bar Lounge serves delicious sandwiches, burgers, quesadillas bar pies, and offers a great selection of beers. We break for dinner around 7:30 and then, after dinner, continue playing until 9:00 PM.

Individual dinner and drink tabs will be set up for everyone to make it easier to order and pay your bill.

At this inclusive and open jam for local musicians, chord charts and lyrics for songs will be provided. Simply bring your acoustic guitar, uke, violin, resonator or your voice to join the fun.

Come make music with us. Everybody gets to strum and sing along to every song, and if you just want listen and clap along that's great too. Chords and lyrics will be projected on the large screen in the community room or bring your iPad to follow along in the NJAmp Songbook. The songs will be familiar favorites. This is not a performance and all levels are welcome.
This event is co-sponsored by the Princeton Public Library and will be led by Mike and Judy Seidel who are on the leadership team for NJAMP.

Join us for another acoustic jam at Mannion's! This is an inclusive jam, not an open mic. Members are encouraged to sing and play along the entire night.

We will be meeting on the ground floor in the side room. Look for the folks with the musical instruments.

Mannion's serves delicious food and has a nice selection of beers. Most of us take a dinner break around 7:30. After dinner, we play until they kick us out--usually around 11. Please bring cash to pay for your dinner and drinks.

We will use the "round-robin" format to pick songs, so everyone come with at least one song suggestion for the group to play together.
